Echos of Being - Early Bird Pricing till 4.14

Echos of Being
a weekend in Pgh w Ariel Karass, 5Rhythms NYC

Join us for one segment or the entire weekend:

Friday, May 1st 7-9:30PM

Saturday, May 2nd 10AM-5PM

Sunday, May 3rd 1PM-5PM

Echos Of Being is a 3 day 5Rhythms embodiment workshop that explores connections through a field of listening - to ourselves, to each other, and to what lives in between.

Connection is not something we manufacture, but something we attune to. Like an echo, it reveals itself in relationship: we reach out, and something returns. We listen, and something in us is touched, shaped, and made visible.

Through movement, presence, and attention, we explore how we meet - beyond words, in the subtle space where being touches being.

What happens when we truly listen?

What returns when we dare to be felt?

This is an invitation to soften, to sense, and to discover the quiet resonance of being… together.

Early bird pricing is now available for a limited time…

You’re welcome to join us for:

  • a single session

  • a full day, multiple days

  • or the entire weekend experience

Each offering stands on its own, while the full weekend allows the work to unfold more deeply over time.

If you’ve been feeling the pull, this is your invitation.

About Ariel’ :

I grew up in Israel with an American father and an Israeli mother. The family dynamics were challenging, I served in the military, and ultimately never felt like I belonged. Coming to the states in 2001, movement became my refuge.

I’ve been a 5Rhythms practitioner for over 20 years and I’ve been a teacher of the practice since 2016. The 5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice where we dance and put form to the many layers of our lives. Through the portal of the dance, we invite ourselves to process, release and discover insight and connection.

I’ve been fortunate to study with Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms as well as many of her peers and long time students, who are now teachers.

In many ways, holding space for people to find their truth through the body in motion has been my life purpose.

I hope we get the chance to dance together.
